The Park Street Homes Story

Park Street Homes was born from a simple yet powerful desire: to create homes that not only provide shelter but also elevate the human experience. Founded in 2016 by Kevan and Ayesha Shelton, our journey began with a vision to revitalize urban neighborhoods and provide access to high-quality, attainable housing for young professionals and growing families.

What started as a passion project quickly blossomed into a thriving business. We began by acquiring and renovating existing properties within Houston's vibrant urban core, breathing new life into neglected spaces, and creating beautiful homes for our first residents. In 2017, we rebranded as Park Street Homes, focusing exclusively on new construction and community development.
